A FREE Trip to Montreal – Part 3 (Day 3)

Today was our last day in Montreal.  We went into the underground shopping district to share some poutine.  I have never actually tried poutine before since I am vegetarian and it is pretty much impossible to find vegetarian poutine where I live.  We found one in Montreal!!!  I was pretty excited.  It wasn’t really what we were expecting as it came with mushrooms, onions and peppers but it was still good.

IMG_5248We then had to drive to BOTA BOTA for our spa treatments before getting on that dreaded plane to fly home.  The spa is quite unique as it is actually an old ferry boat that sailed in Quebec in the 50’s and 60’s.  BOTA BOTA was opened in December of 2010 and has various spa treatments. It is a very unique and trendy spa and both Nicole and I highly recommend it to anyone living or travelling in the area.

I had the best reflexology/massage treatment that I have ever had.

After the spa we headed back to the hotel where we picked up our luggage and had to go to the airport to catch our flight home.  Our Montreal trip was very short but wonderful.  Even better that it was free!  Thank you BMW.
