Oh Boy! This soap was a little bit of a nightmare for me. The soap batter was extremely thick – too thick.
It thickened up pretty much as soon as I added the Cedar and Saffron Fragrance.
As you can see, I had to spoon it into the mold and cross my finger that
the soap would actually turn out ok.
Cedar and Saffron is a fragrance of fresh-cut cedar trees surrounded by saffron spice, violet, and geranium;
all sitting on base notes of vetiver and warm musk.
The top started to get a bit muddy as I was texturing it.
As I started cutting this I could see all the detail and I am quite happy with
the way this soap turned out. I love how the colours are quite vibrant and
really stand out.
